Varbanova Anka - daughter of the composer Varban Pophristov Varbanov founded the first music school in Bourgas.
With a donation of Anka and her sister color is built home for the
elderly in Burgas. For gesture Varbanovi sisters were declared honorary
citizens. From 2000-year old home for people bear their names.
At the specific request of Anka, who lived and died in the U.S.,
its mortal remains were laid to those of her husband, Dimitar Popov, a
musician - a violinist. In the same grave lie three more of their
relatives.
