Culinary festival Motley
table of guests at my city is organized and conducted in various
municipalities throughout Bulgaria from spring through summer to early
autumn. The celebrations are
organized in the open without fees, since the festival is dependent on
sponsors and donations.
The festival will be a
guest in Burgas on 13 May, 11.00 pm - Square Troika.
Program of the event
include conducting culinary exhibition of unique regional dishes
presented by residents of the area involved in the celebration. Special jury, which
includes representatives of the media, the local municipal
administration, Chefs and official guests at meals evaluate established
criteria and pronounces the winners in various categories who receive
prizes.
Part of the festival is a
professional cooking demonstration kitchen, which are expressed by
professional school students of tourism in the host village or
representatives of specialized classes in gotvarsto or catering from
local schools. It is presented and Chefs
from restaurants and hotels in the region, as well as amateur chefs and
guests at the party.
Integral part of the
festival is rich folklore of the community centers and amateur teams,
dance ensembles and various other combinations, which represent mainly
rites, dances and customs related to food.
The program of
festivities and included a traveling exhibition of children's drawings
of the culinary theme, national representative sample of children's
drawings exhibition "recipes of her grandmother, which is conducted by
the National Palace of children is part of the national calendar of
extracurricular activities.
Participants in the
culinary festival Motley table of guests at my city "receive a
certificate for participation in the festival program.
In this year's festival
provides the presentation of traditional Bulgarian crafts - craftsmen
from all over Bulgaria will demonstrate skills and knowledge to the
hosts and the guests.
The festival is
organized by "Ivital Consult EOOD Sofia. Main sponsor is the
Association for the Development of Arts and Crafts - A.R.I.Z.-7, whose
main purpose is preservation and development of traditional crafts,
applied and fine arts.
