On Tuesday / 08.09.2009 on / started a major operation to remove one of
the illegal "slums" in Burgas. Exactly at 8.30 pm heavy machinery to
collect the plate Gorna Ezerovo route from locality Kapcheto.
Non-registered buildings to be demolished by the end of September in
Upper Ezerovo are 27. For all orders have been issued due to the forced
removal of the Directorate for National Construction Supervision / DNSK
/ - Sofia. Orders are accompanied by the letter of assignment from
DNSK.
Main reasons for which these orders were issued for the
removal of lack of ownership on which the works are constructed, ie
they were built indiscriminately seized on private and municipal land.
Inspection and found the absence of any construction documents.
Operation have been notified to the relevant institutions,
with whose assistance it would be held. Particular are informed: PMF,
District Administration, Bourgas Municipality, Civil Defense, Fire
Safety, EVN, plumbing, and victims. All have expressed full readiness
to extend assistance for the safe conduct of operations and avoid
undesirable incidents and accidents. Special treatment is declared by
the management of municipal administration for further assistance.
All residents and users of buildings have been duly notified
and invited to voluntarily remove their illegal structures. Following 4
buildings have been removed voluntarily by the so-called. "Owners", and
2 were brought to court cases that have not yet been completed. 7
illegal construction are in the process Ordinance 13 for forced
removal. For the remaining 27 illegal buildings, the procedure is
completed and they will be demolished and land cleared to 30/09/2009,
all action on the removal, transportation and storage of moveable
property is given as a commitment by the Municipality of Bourgas,
according to law.
For all subsequent initiatives RDNCS - Burgas will be notified!
Rely on active support from the entire community to
eliminate one of the largest long "plagues" of the illegal occupation
and construction in the city of Burgas!
History:
Even before 4 years, in 2005, the Burgas-RDNCS been received
by the municipal administration of the city administrative proceedings
for the removal of 42 pcs. illegal construction within the district
"Upper Ezerovo. All are equipped with the relevant acts constituted
conclusive. Long time to finalize the procedure is a fact, because each
building shall be issued individual acts and runs a separate file.
Files are completed by the Municipality of Bourgas and
Bourgas RDNCS sent for further action under the Act for the Spatial /
SPA / and 13/2001g Ordinance. for the enforcement of orders removal of
illegal buildings or parts of bodies of DNSK.
Issuance of orders and letters of assignment DNSK occurred
after prolonged investigation of each case and the finding of failure
to qualify, which requires us to apply the laws in force in Bulgaria.
Launched in PPA is the procedure for selecting a company to
fulfill orders of DNSK and was chosen after a competition
"Blagoustroistevni works" Ltd. - Burgas.
