Bulgarian Property Rental, Bourgas, Burgas

The property rental market in Bulgaria is still in its infancy. There are a few property management companies around who will arrange rental of your newly built apartment but by and large the mainstream Real Estate Agents are more inclined still to sell property rather than make huge efforts to then rent it on your behalf. By the same token visitor numbers to Bulgaria are increasing dramatically. Whether for holiday or property purchase purposes these visitors are currently booking hotels for accommodation as there is no one central point where they can visit to choose a suitable property to rent until now! If you are looking to visit Bulgaria for whatever reason you can now save on the cost of hotels and gain true independence both in and out of season by renting property from owners who will by default be familiar with the local area that you intend staying in. Again there is no charge levied by My Bulgaria although you will clearly have to pay any agreed rentals due direct to the owner. Also note that upon arrival in Bulgaria you must currently register the address and visit duration with the local authorities. Ensure that you ask the owner where and how to do this before you leave. Please note that if entering into a rental agreement with a property owner and before parting with any money you should satisfy yourself in every way possible that you are satisfied with the terms of your agreement with them.
