| BTC to Build Communications in ADIS New Complex, Bourgas, Burgas |
|
The Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC) will be building the on-site communication system of a new construction development of ADIS Ltd. (Domestic Diplomatic Properties Agency). That company will be one of the first users of BTC EasyLink, a relaxed procedure for execution of telecom infrastructure in construction projects that BTC launched a couple of days ago.
BTC will equip Embassy Suites, a controlled-access complex that is a joint project of ADIS Ltd. and Equest Investments Bulgaria subsidiary Imofinance, providing integrated telecommunication services to all residents. The integrated telecom services provided by a single operator cuts costs and facilitates communication management in subsequent rental. The complex consists of 80 apartments and occupies an area of 15,987 sq m at the foot of Mt Vitosha, including an own part of 8,500 sq m.
The Embassy Suites controlled-access residential complex is planned in two parts: a Park Zone (nine 4-story buildings) and a City Zone (a multi-functional 8-story building). The business section of the central building houses a bank hall, a restaurant, a café bistro, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a video rental library, a hairdresser’s and other amenities. The residents of Embassy Suites will have at their disposal ADSL high-speed Internet connectivity, private client networks offering low-price calls in a business group (IP VPN and VPN FIX), data transfer through a high-speed local and long-distance optical-fibre network, and wireless Internet access.
The modern technological infrastructure adds competitive edge to any project which offers facilities for business pursuits. The construction boom and the competition among real estate firms tightens the schedule for completion of new buildings. Building on-site and off-site communications parallel to construction work on the site will make it possible to commission the complex earlier and will preclude the need of exterior and sidewalk finishing work for the on-site infrastructure once construction is over.
BTC provides integral telecommunication solutions to the construction industry. BTC EasyLink combines building of on-site communications with access to effective and up-to-date technologies and services. BTC has eased substantially the clearance procedure for the communication infrastructure, which is a mandatory condition before the start of any construction project. They will install the off-site telephone connection simultaneously with construction work on the site.
Embassy Suites is a joint project of ADIS Ltd. (in charge of the professional maintenance of the complex) and the Imofinance company, a subsidiary of Equest Investments Bulgaria.
Embassy Suites offers its residents safety (a security alarm system, video surveillance and armed guards), professional maintenance, underground parking for each apartment, and underground and outdoor parking for the guests of the complex.
Apartments come ready for moving in, with high-quality building and insulation materials; excellent finishing work; a high degree of energy efficiency (central air conditioning, heating, ventilation and a generator running on natural gas); high-speed Internet; digital television (for the first time in Bulgaria).
