| Let the preparations for Spirit of Burgas begin... NOW!, Bourgas, Burgas |

Burgas - August 6, 2009. The conference room of the municipality of Burgas.
Journalists from national and regional medias are gathered to reflect on
the conference team, which organizes the festival Spirit of Burgas.
Thousands of fans are fever-like preparing to attend this event and not only
as music fans but also as volunteers, willing to participate in the three days
of the festival, just to be part of one of the most impressive experiences in Bulgaria and the Balkans for the year 2009.
Naturally we all remember this festival with the emotions, it provided us for the
past year.
We find out, that this year the changes in the organizational aspects
are many. There has been an entirely new plan of the area where the
festival and the concerts will be held, because of the much bigger
interest this year.
The changes are as follows:
1. Camping
The camping of the festival will be situated in the southern part next
to the port of Burgas. In the campsite you will find the special
"entertaining" part, something like a DJ panel, which will be open from
noon until late in the night, and
the most popular Bulgarian DJ-s will mix sounds for the good mood of
the fans.
2. Main Stage
Specific about it is that unlike the year before, this year it will
be built in "south" direction, and moved up to the north, which literally
means that it will look directly towards the sea.
3. Dance arena
Due to the intensity of concerts this year, self-Dance stage this
year will be. Therefore we, after the concerts on the main stage, main
stage will be transformed into dance arena.
4. Jack Daniels scene
Oooooh Jack-o Jack-o ... :) This year this will be a place which in the
words of the organizers "will be developed much due to the fact that it
will be attended by bands from various countries, among them are bands from Greece, Serbia, Australia, Slovenia and England".
A curious fact to know is that the band that comes from Slovenia is sponsored by the bassist of Faith No More.
5. Latino stage
If you are a fan of Latino music, the passionate dances in Latino
rhythms, or at least you are willing to understand why many people like this
particular kind of music, you are the ideal visitor for this stage.
The organizers of the Spirit of Burgas festival, have prepared a
special parquet flooring, which will give the chance even for the worst
dancers to
dance along with numerous artists, which will be presented at this
scene.
Very nice is that this year there will be many and various styles
of music - Hard Core, Hip hop and Reggae, and - take a quick and very important note - Balkan Beats
Night - artists with Bulgarian and Balkan rhythms and to put a little more color in all that: the Karandila
orchestra - make sure if you're a foreigner to attend this event!
For the security of the festival will take care Mr. Marian Angelov - if you
have any problems, we sincerely hope you do not will not have such, he is your man.
There will not be closed streets, but there will be a special regime for passing through the different entrances.
The entrances will be two:
* From the port of Burgas to Alexander Batenberg street - we have a special access for the people living in the area of the
festival and the guests of the festival.
* In the extension of the street Tzar Simeon 1 - the same restrictions on access will be available as for the first entrance.
There would be an indicated, with tightened belts, partial restriction on the beach area .
136 private security people, gendarmerie, officers of the DOTI services,
police, fire, lifeguards on the beach and 2 ambulances will take care
to protect the festival.
Parking
3 parking sights plus one additional if needed.
The big parking of port of Burgas, the Sports Estates' parking, the parking lot
of the Old Frigate, the parking of hotel Primoretz and, if necessary, will open another one on the extension of Batenberg Str.
Cleanliness
Purity meets Mr. Pavlin Mihov. Here we have a number of containers,
trash bins, etc. These are things that we are confident that
Mr. Mihov has taken care off, in the right way. We know it will be
disinfected against
mosquitoes and other bugs.
For the youngest
It is very important - if you are under the age of 18 years to be
able to stay in the festival after 22 o'clock is extremely important to know
that if you decide to enter the festival at 19:00o'clock and stay after 22
o'clock YOUR attendant, must to come with you and enter the festival WITH you in 19:00o'clock.
Please note that visitors under 18 years of age will wear special
bracelets, which will help determine their age not to serve them
alcohol.
Festival gates will open at 19:00 pm.
