Vitogaz Bulgaria EAD, was established in 1998 as part of Rubis Group, with main commercial activities in LPG marketing and distribution in Bulk, Cylinders and Auto gas segments. The company started with a green-field investment of more than 10 million $, building Filling Plant (FP) and 1000 m3 storage facilities in Benkovski village, near Plovdiv. Vitogaz Bulgaria EAD also has its own railway-unloading point, complying with the highest European safety requirements. Besides, in order to optimize our customer service on the territory of the whole country, we also use LPG storage facilities in Rousse and Sofia. Nowadays Vitogaz Bulgaria EAD is a leading company in the import and distribution of LPG on the Bulgarian market. Our company constantly improves its work processes as per the best international standards. We continuously train and develop our staff and contractors, who are playing significant role in growing the value of the business and delighting our customers over the future.
Vitogaz Bulgaria EAD performs detailed control over all operational processes and carries out its activity having health, safety and environmental protection as the highest priority. Our company delivers LPG by road tankers, which comply with the latest ecological requirements and European standards.
Vitogaz Bulgaria EAD has been taken first prize as Investor for the year 1998 by the Foreign Investments Agency. In 2002 the Bulgarian Forum of Business Leaders rewarded Vitogaz Bulgaria with first prize for Business Ethics.
1. RTCs
Vitogaz Bulgaria operates with 40 RTCs on long based contracts. All RTCs are suitable for LPG loading and transportation, with equipment and documentations in compliance with the Bulgarian legislation and RID.
2. LPG Road Vehicles
Vitogaz Bulgaria operates with modern fleet of LPG motor vehicles in very good technical condition and executed technical examinations for safety. All LPG road trucks as are mandatory equipped with:
• Valid ADR in full compliance with European standards and requirements of International ADR – 2005
• Certificated volume flowmeter which measure the volume of the unloaded fuel in actual temperature as well as the compensated volume at 15 degree.
• Printer
• Tires in good condition - vulcanized tires are not acceptable as per our policy
• HSEQ and personal protective equipment
• GPS system and software for tracking control is available
• All vehicles are produced after 2002
• Drivers are highly qualified and have been passed trough extended Safety Company training program.
• Validation is executed on a regular base.
3. Other terms and conditions
• Vitogaz Bulgaria EAD is ISO 9001 certified
• Vitogaz Bulgaria EAD has in its disposal storage facilities with capacity of 1000м3 in Benkovski, Plovdiv area, 800 м3 in Sofia and 200 м3 in Rousse.
• Vitogaz Bulgaria EAD is main supplier of LPG for Shell Bulgaria AD
• Vitogaz Bulgaria EAD provide non stop deliveries through the weekdays
• Vitogaz Bulgaria EAD is able to ensure and deliver its own quantities of LPG, complying with the defined by customers parameters on request.
• Vitogaz Bulgaria EAD has not any debts to state authorities, municipality, National Social Security Institute, National Health Insurance Fund- - hard copy attached with the set of documents, sent in sealed envelope.
