PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The services we could accomplish for the implementation of your investment programme in the quality of a Consultant for the management of Investment projects – Project management, are the following:
۩ REGULATION OF AGRICULTURAL LANDS
- Feasibility study
- Conducting of a tender procedure for the option of designers for developing of a detailed territory development
- Working out of projects under Designing contracts
- Assisting for the conducting of the procedure for the change of land’s function
۩ DESIGNING AND APPROVEMENT OF PROJECTS
- Feasibility studies to the possible technical decisions aiming the optimization of the resources spent
- Conducting of a tender procedure for the option of designers
- Working out of projects under Designing contracts
۩ PROJECT FINANCING
- Working the preliminary budget out on a base of idea project under big indicators
- Actualizing and optimization of the budget according to the development of the Investment project
- Working of the financial plan out for the implementation of the Investment project confirmable to the schedule for the accomplishing of the construction
۩ CONSTRUCTION AND A PERMISSION FOR THE RIGHT OF USE
- Independent constructional supervision
- Conducting of a tender procedure (competition) for the option of Independent constructional supervision (ICS) in the construction
- Working out of a project under a contract for Independent constructional supervision (ICS) in the construction
- Executors and subcontractors
- Preparing of tender documentation for the choice of executors (constructors)
- Conducting of a tender procedure (competition) for the option of executors (constructors)
- Working out of a project under a Designing contract
- Negotiations for the signing of contracts with executors (constructors)
- Coordination and control of all participants in the investment process
- Establishing of a general schedule for the realization of the project
- Binding on a contractual level of the participants’ obligations in the investment process by the general schedule
- Actualization and optimization of the general schedule
- Weekly general working meetings with the participants in the investment process for the actualization and optimization of the organization accomplishing the project
- Construction control (supervision)
- Establishing a permanent investment control on the time of construction, a permanent attendance of experts for the architectural constructional part of the object, examining and dimensioning of independent accredited
- Control and acceptance of the workings, including the permanent supervision on the time of the accomplishing of the specific works ( installations, infrastructure and so on) including the control of the stores and workshops of the subcontractors
- Control and acceptance of the materials, including the control in the stores of the suppliers
- Assisting in the drawing up of the documentation accompanying the construction
- Controlling the payments with the subcontractors and suppliers
- Controlling the approvals of the construction until the issuing of the permission of a right for use. If it is necessary taking of seasonably measures for the seasonable receipt of a permission of a right for use.
