The new buildings in Nessebar will be with just four floors, says an order by the Mayor Nikolai Trifonov. The construction of high buildings will be banned from the beginning of next year. The resorts Obzor, Ravda and St. Vlas will also restrict the number of floors for the new buildings. The enterprisers will receive permissions for construction up to 10 meters high. The limits are forced, because of the hyper- construction along the South Black sea coast.
Nikolai Trifonov also announced that he will demand for a special law for the Old Nessebar, to regulate the construction works and the use of trading sites. 30% of the municipal’s revenues will be invested in the construction of a new Amphitheatre, summer cinema, dolphinarium, maternity home and a park close to the sea on a total area of 21 decares.
A total number of 47 new sites will open in Sunny Beach for the new season, 43 of them are with apartments for sale and the rest of them are luxurious hotels.
